All sales are final. No returns & no refunds except for incorrect, damaged, or defective items upon arrival.

Before You Order

Please review your order carefully prior to completing your purchase, as we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your product sizing, product color, shipping address, and billing address are accurate, as they cannot be modified after your order is submitted. Since our merchandise is printed on demand, stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged/defective before use, please contact shop@haydenrhodea.com within 7 days.

Any incorrect or damaged items reported after 7 days of receipt will NOT be eligible for return or refund. Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear are also NOT eligible for a return or refund.
